🚛 Class 2 Day Driver (General Haulage)

Location: Direct deliveries across the Midlands and surrounding areas
Hours: Monday to Friday | Early starts between 04:00 - 07:00
Contracted Hours: Guaranteed 48 hours per week

💷 Salary & Overtime

• Basic Salary: £31,749.12 per annum (£12.72 per hour)
• Paid monthly on the last working day of each month
• Overtime Rate 1: £15.36 per hour after 9.6 hours per day and up to Saturday 13:00
• Overtime Rate 2: £19.54 per hour from Saturday 13:00 through Sunday midnight
• Bank Holidays: £19.54 per hour plus a day in lieu

🚚 The Role

We're looking for a reliable and professional Class 2 Driver to join our General Haulage team. You'll be responsible for completing single-drop and groupage deliveries, predominantly across the Midlands, ensuring goods are delivered safely and on time.

✅ What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Valid Class 2 (Category C) Driving Licence
• Current Driver CPC (DQC Card)
• Good understanding of:
  • Highway Code
  • EU Tachograph Regulations
  • Working Time Regulations
  • Road Transport Legislation
• Previous experience completing multi-drop pallet deliveries
• A flexible and positive approach to work
